Essential requirement for all types items:-
- The rates should be quoted
both in the words and figures, and the quoted rate should include all charges
including installation, delivery charges, VAT charges
etc.
- Quoted rates may valid up to 6 months from date
of approval of lowest rates.
- If after sale, service is provided by separate
agency/ third party, it should be authorized Service Centre or certified by
mother company.
- Contact office should be Kolkata based.
- Service centre should be Kolkata based.
- Terms & Condition of service support should
be mentioned in the rate quoting paper.
- All subject / matter should be under Kolkata
jurisdiction.
- The sealed tender should be dropped at the box
kept at the office of ATI.
- Credential certificate showing experience of
similar nature of ‘supply’ and/or ‘services’ should be attached
along with the tender document.
- Copies of sale-tax and professional tax
clearance certificates shall be attached with the tender document and
original shall be produced at the time of opening on demand.
- The last date of submission of tender is
08/11/2010 up to 3.00 p.m.
- The date of opening of the received sealed
tenders is 08/11/2010 at 4.00 p.m.
- Intending bidders or his authorized
representative may remain present at the time of opening of the
tender.
- The
authority reserves the right to reject/cancel any tender or tenders without
assigning any reason whatsoever.

day from 10 A.M. to 5-30 P.M.
