NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed quotation are invited from the intending, recognized suppliers for publication of ATI Training Calendar for the year 2010-11, for printing of 500 copies as per SAMPLE kept in this Institute.

            A brief description of calendar with contents and how the rate per unit has to be quoted has been indicated below :-

Tenders  should be dropped at the specified box kept at the office of the ATI ground floor.

            The last date and time for submission is 24/03/2010 at 3.00 p.m.

           The date and time for opening of tender documents is 24/03/2010 at 4.00 p.m.

           Intending bidder or his authorized representative may remain present at the time of opening of the tender.

             The authority reserves the right to reject/cancel any tender or tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

             Interested party may contact Sri M. L. Bhattacharya, Project Coordinator, RTI Cell to verify the Sample to be printed.
