TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from intending, recognized/ bonafide agencies for Facilitation Management Service (FMS) & Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of IT infrastructure of the Administrative training Institute (ATI), Govt. of West Bengal, Sector-III, FC Block, Salt Lake , Kolkata-700106. 

          The last date of submission of tender is 19/03/2010 upto 3.00 p.m. & date of opening of tenders are  19/03/2010 at 4.00 p.m.

The details about Facilitation Management Service (FMS) & Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of IT infrastructural set up of the Administrative training Institute, may be had from its office situated at FC Block, Sector-III, Salt Lake , Kolkata on any working day from 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.  Interested bidder may inspect the material asset which will be covered under the given scope of work after purchasing the bid document on cash payment of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred) only from the Cash Section of this Institute during any working day from 10 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.
